Our Consultants

There are many consultants outsourced to customers from A+ Science. They have various experience and bakgrounds. Below you can read a little about three of them.

Anders
Clinical Research Manager

Comes from the south of Sweden but moved to Gothenburg before deciding on Stockholm.

Ander’s first career was in nursing; first as an assistant nurse and later as a registered nurse. In 1990 he made the change to the pharmaceutical industry and worked as a consultant until he was promoted to the position of product manager for cardiology in 1994.  In 1998 he became a clinical research associate and after yet another four year period he advanced to the post of project leader.

Anders is currently working at a pharmaceutical company as a contracted project leader.  In his present assignment, he especially enjoys the task of facilitating collaboration between marketing and clinical research, something he has been interested in for some time.

Projects Anders has been involved in have been audited and inspected without any major findings. Anders has worked in the areas of cardiology, infectious diseases, anti-thrombotic treatment, renal cancer, erectile dysfunction and gynaecology.

Anna
Clinical Trial Assistant

Anna comes from Gothenburg but moved to Stockholm 11 years ago. She has worked as a child minder, a project administrator at the Stockholm Exchange, and for the past five years as a highly valued CTA.

Anna is, at present, working as a contracted CTA and enjoys acting as a sounding board for junior colleagues. Order, precision and documentation are her catchwords. Anna has experience of working within the fields of neurology, cardiology, viral diseases and gynaecology.

Åsa
Clinical Research Associate

Comes from Örebro but moved to Stockholm a long time ago. Started as an assistant nurse before becoming a cardiology nurse and finally moving on to the position of research nurse. Following a trainee programme, she started her career as a CRA three years ago.

Åsa, our “start-up specialist”, has acquired considerable experience in starting studies, including the task of finding suitable centres. Initiation visits and investigator meetings are carried out professionally and effectively. She also has a great deal of experience of monitoring. Åsa has worked mostly within the fields of cardiology and diabetes.
