Managing a global clinical trial

On behalf of AstraZeneca Sweden, A+ Science was asked to start and manage an oncology clinical trial. The study aimed to compare the combination therapy Arimidex and Faslodex with Arimidex therapy alone.

A + Science was in charge of the global operation from the draft of the protocol to the final report, including data management and statistics. We also monitoried 22 Swedish sites. 

The project involved 512 patients from 11 countries in Europe and Central America (including Canada). Database was delivered on the scheduled date 2009.
