A transfer of A+ Science AB’s business into CTC Clinical Trial Consultants AB was completed on 1st of January 2024, resulting in all operations of A+ Science AB transferred and incorporated successfully into the CTC organization.
The voluntary liquidation of A+ Science AB took place in 2025 according to the Swedish Companies Act and the entity was deregistered from the company register and ceased to exist.
